Our client based in George, Western Cape is looking to employ an office administrator / receptionist.

Requirements:
  • Must have proficiency in intermediate Excel and Word.
  • Must have worked on an accounting or EPR system.
  • Must show initiative.
  • Strong admin and filling skills.
  • Numbers orientated and deadline driven.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Punctual and good time management skills.
  • Non-smoker.
Duties (but not limited to):
  • Reception duties.
  • Filing and file management
  • General office management
  • Quotations and purchase orders
  • General administration
  • Management of stationery and consumables
  • Management of the cleaning staff
