Bringing branding, marketing, public and medial relations under one roof, I am creating a footprint in the realm of strategic communication. My research interests are in digital brand innovation, digitalisation, brand activism and co-creation of value.
Apart from creating an academic footprint, I have also been exposed to the publishing industry where I have been involved with content creation, editing, proof-reading, strategy formulation, CPD management, advertising, media relations and website management. I have also been exposed to organisation subscription management and ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulation) audits.
