Rodrigues was part of the opening team at The Westcliff Hotel, worked for the City Lodge and Best Western groups, and was GM at Bushmanskloof in the Cederberg, which garnered 10 international establishment and conservation accolades under his management.

Julian Joubert, new general manager for both The Capital Villa and The Capital Esprit, comes with vast experience from opening and managing the Holiday Inn Express in Pretoria-Sunnypark.
